Pepe's Coleslaw
Ingredients:

Slaw:
8 pounds green cabbage- chopped medium
2 pounds red cabbage-chopped medium
1 large onion-chopped fine
1 red bell pepper-chopped fine
1 large carrot-peeled and shredded

Dressing:
1/2 gallon Hellman's mayonnaise
juice of 3 limes
2 tbsp. celery seed
1/2 tbsp. coarse ground black pepper
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:

Combine and mix dressing ingredients.  Combine and mix slaw ingredients.  Add the dressing to the slaw.  Mix well and chill  
Makes about 6 quarts-48 1/2 cup servings.
