Ranch Dressing

Ingredients:

2 large cloves garlic-chopped fine
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 quart Hellman's mayonnaise
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup rinsed and chopped fresh parsley

Directions:

Puree garlic with vinegar in a blender. Mix celery salt, black pepper, mayonnaise and buttermilk. Add garlic and vinegar to mayo mix. Stir in parsley. Chill.

Makes about 1 1/2 quarts.
