WALLY DOG'S MUSTARD PULLED PORK
INGREDIENTS
10 lb. Pork tenderloins
1/2 cup Pork fat
1/4 lb. Butter
3 med. Red onion
1/2 cup Garlic
2 cup Cider vinegar
2 cups Water
1 jar Grey poupon mustard
1/4 cup Dry mustard
1/4 cup Brown Mustard seeds
2 cups Brown sugar
1/4 cup Pickapepper sauce
1/2 cup Lemon juice
1/2 cup Molasses
1/2 cup Juice of sour oranges
1 small can Apple juice
1 small can Pineapple juice
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Melt pork fat and butter in skillet and add onions and cook until translucent.
Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, then simmer for about 30
minutes. Cut the pork into 2 pieces and place in Dutch oven pot and cover with
sauce. Cover and cook for about 2 hours at 400 degrees or until meat pulls apart
with fork. Let pork cool in sauce and then pull pork and place in another pot
Pour sauce through a sieve and return to meat and began to reheat on a double
boiler. Serve on Sesame seed bun. Serve slaw on the side.
